By using Daily Bible Trivia ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App delivers daily Bible trivia questions, tracks your streak and score, ranks players on leaderboards, and provides a "Prayer Wall" community feature where users in the same country can post messages, photos, and reactions to encourage one another.
You must be at least [13] years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Opening the App creates a guest account automatically so you can start playing right away. You can later add an email and password to secure that account, or sign in from another device. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
When you post to the Prayer Wall, comment, or react, you agree not to post content that is:
Other users can report content they believe breaks these rules, and we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, at our discretion.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting to the Prayer Wall, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content within the App to other users, for as long as your post remains up. You're solely responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
The App itself — its design, trivia questions, artwork, and code — is owned by Manorlds Eaglespark Ltd or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App outside of normal personal use.
The App offers an optional ad-free "Pro" upgrade as an in-app purchase, billed and processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing, and refunds for that purchase are governed by the applicable app store's own terms and policies, not by us directly.
Free-tier use of the App includes ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Pro removes these ads. See our Privacy Policy for what advertising data is collected.
The App relies on third-party services — including Google Firebase (push notifications and infrastructure), Google AdMob (advertising), and Apple/Google's app stores (purchases) — each governed by their own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trivia content will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Bible Trivia and its developer(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the community conduct rules in Section 5.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
